Welcome to WilPower Personal Training. As a fitness trainer with over 38 years experience, I can tell you that there are many ways to achieve a better health and fitness without killing yourself. Yes, to achieve the chiseled body that you see in so many ads and magazines, it does require hard work and discipline. We can do that here. But not everyone is cut out for those training methods. The first thing you need to understand is how your body works. Once you've answered that question, then find a routine that fits your life that you can manage. You should enjoy your workout and not dread it. As you get older, life gets tougher. Your body will not recover the same and you'll feel some of the wear and tear that naturally comes with age. But with a fitness program that helps you stay strong and heathy without creating more pain, you're more incline to stick with it.
